Paramount+ and Showtime Confirm Launch Date for Rebrand

Get ready for the ultimate streaming experience! Paramount has just announced the launch date for the highly anticipated merger of Paramount+ with Showtime. The rebranded bundle will hit screens on June 27, and it’s set to take the streaming world by storm.

The news comes just days after a leaked email to Showtime subscribers spilled the beans on the launch date. This exciting move is currently only available in the U.S. and follows the announcement in January that Showtime will no longer be a standalone brand.

So, what can you expect from the new service? Paramount+ with Showtime will cost $11.99 a month, while Paramount+ without Showtime will cost $5.99. This is just $2 more than the existing Paramount+ premium plan, which doesn’t currently include Showtime content, and $1 more than the “Essential” plan without Showtime.

According to Tom Ryan, President & CEO of Paramount Streaming, “This summer, Paramount+ will officially become the streaming home for Showtime, further advancing our lead in being the total household service. By integrating the Showtime premium and critically acclaimed portfolio with the service’s already broad and popular slate, all at a competitive price, we will solidify Paramount+ as a cornerstone in streaming.”

Get ready to binge-watch your favorite shows and movies like never before with Paramount+ and Showtime!
