Breaking news for all Celine Dion fans out there! The iconic singer has unfortunately canceled all her planned dates on her Courage world tour through 2024. This comes as no surprise as she continues to struggle with the rare neurological disorder she disclosed last year. In an emotional Instagram post, Dion expressed her apologies and explained that touring can be very difficult, even when you’re 100%. She doesn’t want to keep postponing shows and has made the tough decision to cancel everything until she’s ready to be back on stage again. But don’t worry, she’s not giving up and can’t wait to see you all again!
This is the second batch of cancellations since Dion disclosed in December that she had been diagnosed with the rare Stiff Person Syndrome. This condition causes stiffness and spasms in several muscles in the body and is incurable. Medical experts say it affects only about one or two people in a million. Unfortunately, this means that all 42 of the 2023-2024 dates have been canceled, which had been rescheduled from last year.
